Administration & Customer Service
Missy – Patient Relations & Insurance Administrator
Our insurance administrator, Missy, is originally from Wind Lake, Wisconsin and is a graduate of Muskego High School. She joined our Loomis road Dental Center team in the Spring of 2022 after many years of working as both a dental and administrative assistant. She began her career as a dental assistant, which provided her with the knowledge of dental and insurance coordination. She became passionate with the importance of understanding the intricacies of dental insurance, patient communication, and the administrative systems so that she could provide a smooth and efficient service to both patients and providers. Her warm personality and organizational skills allow her to make it happen, providing clear information and answers to patient questions. In addition to her personality and other positive attributes, she brings to our office 25+ years of dental experience. Outside of work, Missy loves spending time with her family. She married her husband, Keith, in 2002 and they have a son. Some of her favorite activities are gardening; going for walks with her husband, son and their dog, Sadie; crocheting and painting.
Dental Hygiene
Jill – Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Jill is originally from Raymond, Wisconsin. After graduating from Union Grove High School, she went on to attend and earn her degree in Dental Hygiene from Milwaukee Area Technical College. She always loved going to the dentist as a child and always wanted to help others feel that same joy, which is the reason she chose to enter the dental field. She is always focused on trying to make every appointment a positive experience while never forgetting the importance of personalized patient education. Her warm personality is infectious: she tries (and usually succeeds) in making every one of her patients and coworkers laugh, smile, and feel appreciated every day she works. She really appreciates the fact that our office is so positive and team oriented while delivering the best care possible. Outside of work, family is Jill’s #1 joy. She loves spending time with her husband of over 25 years and their two amazing adult sons. When it comes to activities, she loves traveling and being outdoors: she can’t say enough about her love for our National Parks, the year-round activities in our beautiful state, and her frequent vacations in Mexico.
Jennifer – Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Jennifer joined our Loomis Road Dental Center team in 2023. With 25 years of experience, she has cared for thousands of patients and nearly a million teeth! She enjoys meeting new patients and seeing her many loyal regular patients. Her approach to dental care is to provide thorough exams and cleanings, along with educating and encouraging patients for their best overall dental health. Jennifer is the proud mother of three adult children and two crazy wiener dogs. When she isn’t caring for patients, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time on their pontoon boat.
Kristin – Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Kristin is originally from Franklin, and she now resides in Waterford. After graduating from Franklin High School, she attended UW-Milwaukee for her general requirements and went on to graduate from Milwaukee Area Technical College with her degree in Dental Hygiene. She had always wanted to work in a dental office: growing up, she had begged for braces so she could go more often! When it comes to her approach to dental care, she always focuses on just doing the right thing for people. Knowing that the dentist isn’t many people’s favorite place, she tries to be as positive as possible with patients. She loves educating on oral health and how it’s associated with one’s overall health. In addition to her years of experience and skill as a hygienist, she brings to our office a very positive and helpful disposition. What she enjoys most about working at Loomis Road Dental Center is the people and the confidence she has in the quality of dentistry being done here. When she isn’t in the office, Kristin loves spending time with her family, especially her husband and high school sweetheart, Ricky, and their three young children — Lainey, Nash, and Maisie. Some of her favorite activities are doing anything with her kids, following Wisconsin sports, golfing, enjoying beer gardens, and playing with their two family dogs, Emma and Oakley. If you ever hear weird noises coming from her hygiene room, know that it’s just adorable animal videos playing on the ceiling TV.
Holly – Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Holly was born in Racine but has lived in Burlington for over 20 years. After graduating from Burlington High School, she went on to attend and earn her degree in Dental Hygiene from Milwaukee Area Technical College. She became laser certified in 2019. She was drawn to the dental field when she was in ortho: She was intrigued by teeth and was constantly cleaning her own. She wanted to learn more and help people achieve the healthiest smile they always wanted. Holly is big on patient education. She wants her patients to understand why we are doing what are doing so they can be equipped with knowledge and know how to care for their teeth properly. She always works to make patients feel calm, relaxed, and heard. She’s expanded her knowledge in periodontal disease and worked with a periodontist for a year to fine tune her skills in that area. What she enjoys most about working in our office is that we’re very thorough with care, and everyone is helpful towards each other to keep the day flowing. Outside of work, Holly loves spending time with her husband, Ben; their two dogs, Mali and Nikki; and their cat, Addie. Some of her favorite activities are baking, taking rides with her husband in their Mustang, camping in their RV, and traveling as much as she can. Holly also keeps busy with her LLC business making cupcakes that she founded in 2019.
Tiffany – Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Holly Tiffany is from Oak Creek, Wisconsin. After graduating from Oak Creek High School, she went on to attend the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and later earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Milwaukee Area Technical College. She started off as an office manager in a dental practice on the Southside of Milwaukee and was very impressed with and interested in the unique opportunity this field provides for us to give care to patients and create a real community with them. When it comes to her approach to care, she treats every patient like she would her mom or grandma or child. She never assumes she knows what’s happening with them or what their experiences are but truly listens and meets them wherever they are. In addition to working as an office manager and hygienist, she also has experience working as a dental assistant, so she can offer support to others in these roles when it’s helpful to do so. What she enjoys most about working at Loomis Road Dental Center is the team mentality in working together and supporting each other, as well as the shared goal of doing what’s best for our patients. When she isn’t helping out patients, Tiffany loves spending time with her two wonderful kids—Isabella, in her 20s, and Anthony in his teens—and her two cats, Dottie and Mabel. A few of her favorite activities are traveling, crocheting, and playing cards and board games.
Dental Assisting
Natalia – Dental Assistant
Hannah – Dental Assistant
Hannah joined our Loomis Road Dental Center team in November of 2021. Born and raised in Milwaukee, she earned her associate’s degree in Baking & Pastry Arts and spent many years working in the food industry. Looking for a change and a career path that would allow her to grow, she entered the dental field. When it comes to her approach to dental care, Hannah believes strongly in prevention—that better home care and education is vital to keeping you out of the dentist’s chair. In addition to her experience and welcoming disposition, she is a very helpful teammate who is always there for our staff and patients. One of the things Hannah enjoys most about working at Loomis Road Dental Center is the feeling of family. She loves that our team works so well together to help our patients receive the best care possible. Outside of the office, Hannah loves baking and decorating cakes. She likes to joke that having started her career baking and creating pastries, she’s sent many of her former customers into her new career.
Jessie – Dental Assistant
Jessie is originally from Waukesha and graduated from Waukesha West High School. She went on to graduate in Cosmetology from VICI Capilli and the Aveda Institute. She was first drawn to the dental field in high school, when she worked in a co-0p job as a sterilization clerk. She was then drawn back to dental a decade later and has been enjoying it ever since. When it comes to her overall approach, Jessie is always focused on preventative care. She knows that you have to take care of what you have or you’ll lose it. Her commitment to our patients and her welcoming personality have been a great benefit to our Loomis Road team. What she enjoys most about working in our office is the great people she gets to work with — our team gets along very well and each member has everyone else’s back. When she isn’t helping our patients, Jessie loves spending time with her family: her husband, John; their two sons, Cole and Liam; their dog, Bentley; their two cats, Leo and Milo; and their two fish, Captain Jack and Baby Shark. Some of her favorite activities are hunting, fishing, gardening, raising Monarch caterpillars (she’s raised and released over 600 Monarchs butterflies!), making things with her Cricut, and cheering on the Brewers and Packers.
