Erica Phillips, DDS

Dr. Erica Phillips earned her D.D.S. from Marquette University School of Dentistry and brings a genuine passion for building lasting relationships with her patients. Erica was drawn to dentistry because of the unique opportunity it provides to connect with patients and their families over time — through milestones, life changes, and everything in between.

Erica’s approach to care is rooted in openness, trust, and clear communication. She believes every patient deserves to feel heard, comfortable, and confident throughout their visit. As the daughter of a mother from Mexico, Erica is also proud to offer care in Spanish, creating a more personal and welcoming experience for Spanish-speaking patients.

Her philosophy extends beyond the chair. Erica takes a holistic view of dentistry, recognizing that oral health is deeply connected to overall well-being. She enjoys helping patients understand that connection — because a healthy mouth truly does support a healthy body.

Originally from Juneau, Alaska, Erica grew up hiking mountain trails, whale watching, and fishing for salmon and halibut. She now calls the Milwaukee area home and still loves spending time outdoors, whether along the shores of Lake Michigan or exploring southeastern Wisconsin’s hiking trails. Outside the office, you might find her experimenting with new recipes, hosting dinner parties, or giving her husband a run for his money on the tennis court or golf course.

Erica is excited to welcome new patients and looks forward to being a trusted part of your health and wellness journey.

If you ever hear weird noises coming from her hygiene room, know that it’s just adorable animal videos playing on the ceiling TV.

Outside of work, Holly loves spending time with her husband, Ben; their two dogs, Mali and Nikki; and their cat, Addie.
